Meanwhile, football lovers across the world, football players like Cristiano Ronaldo and family members have reacted to the tragic situation;
“Denmark’s players are heroes. Their actions today will be what we all remember long term. More so than whoever wins the euros competition.”
“Let the players rest , I’m not a doctor but that many games in a year can’t be healthy.”
But UEFA, are you sure you want to increase the number of games after witnessing it? Players are in danger. We almost lost one of them. Please reconsider the new Champions League format.”
“It’s not like we knew playing many games should be concerning… Fans make fun of managers when they complain about scheduling and look at the cause of it now . Something needs to change NOW!”
