After several delays of the highly anticipated ninth installment in the Fast Saga due to the pandemic, a new theatrical release date has been set for June 25.

As we as a whole sit tight for the film, an action-packed trailer has been released which features familiar stars from the popular franchise plus some surprising return guests.

The movie cast will star Vin Diesel, Michelle Rodriguez, Tyrese Gibson, Chris “Ludacris” Bridges, John Cena, Charlize Theron, Cardi, B, and Helen Mirren as well as the return of Sung Kang’s Han Lue and Bow Wow’s Twinkie, who last appeared in 2006’s Tokyo Drift.

As directed by Justin Lin, F9 was at first set to hit theaters in May 2020 before being postponed because of the pandemic. In October 2019, Cardi B disclosed her part in the film yet in the trailer, she doesn’t show up

F9 is the continuation of 2017’s The Fate of the Furious, which netted $1.2 billion around the world. There are plans for two additional movies to finish off the series, notwithstanding future side projects.
